About the opportunity

You will join QCHF / HBF as a Member Experience Consultant representing QCHF / HBF in the moments that matter to our members. This role operates in a fast-paced contact centre as the first point of contact for member queries via phone, email or online, with a strong focus on delivering consistently high-quality member experience.

You will play an important role in supporting both new and existing Members, providing guidance and assistance across a range of needs including policy and product enquiries, claim conversations and membership changes. By taking the time to understand each Member’s individual needs, you will help them navigate their health cover with confidence and get the most value from their Membership. Along the way, you will support our Members through many of life’s meaningful moments.

Are you an energetic, friendly and collaborative team player? Do you love to talk, listen and approach conversations with curiosity and compassion? If you like the idea of answering phone calls, processing policy work around interactions and working alongside a passionate team you should strongly consider becoming a valued team member here at QCHF / HBF.

We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service focus where listening and answering questions while informing and educating are critical. You will need to have solid computer literacy skills and the ability to be adaptable and resilient – no one conversation is the same and some can be challenging!

Don’t worry though, we don’t expect you to jump straight in. If successful, you will undertake fun and dynamic, fully paid training program provided over the first 6 weeks of your employment to give you the tools you need to start helping our members the QCHF / HBF way.
